Summary

Strengths

Has been Alabama's starting LT since his true freshman season

All around massive human with thickness and length

Shows initial explosiveness into his pass sets to get into attack mode

Vision and awareness is impressive against stunts for such a young player

Size and strength really shines as a drive blocker in the run game

If tackle doesn't work out at the next level, it's hard to not envision him as a capable guard in a man run blocking heavy scheme

Weaknesses

Hands can get wide or high, causing loss of control throughout the play + shoulder pad holds or hands to the face

Below average reactions and balance cause him to get beat inside a lot

Would help him to play 20ish pounds lighter, 4th quarter stamina seemed to be an issue...teams will really need to be on his weight

Lacks consistent coordination and leverage when asked to block on the move (pulling, climbing, outside zone)

Played through a shoulder injury in all of 2024 that might've limited him at times, reportedly had surgery after the season

Anchor improved in 2025 but should be better considering his build

Final Report

Proctor is a massive human with initial explosiveness, size and strength. He can move defenders in a phone booth and should find success in a man run scheme that utilizes him as a drive blocker. He is still refining his hand placement and leverage, especially when asked to block in the zone run game. Despite his colossal build, his anchor is only average and his foot speed will never be a plus. Proctor will be highly valued by teams looking for size and power, but his best long-term home might be inside at guard.
