Final Report

Kyron Drones is a 5th Year Senior QB out of Va. Tech by way of Baylor, whom once showed a lot of early promise and drew comparisons to Jayden Daniels before his breakout season at LSU, but it never really came to be. While not as tall as you'd like at just over 6'1", he's got every other measurable you can ask for. Thickness, hand size, and speed are all well above average and he can put the ball anywhere you ask him to. Consistency is the problem here, as he falls into bad habits when pressure breaks the pocket. Sometimes he can be too quick to escape and not be patient with his reads, and he has a habit of throwing off platform- and not well. All of his problems stem from that impatience, as he will turn the ball over and force things that aren't there. Due to the athleticism, someone in the NFL will likely invite him to camp either as a camp arm / scout team weapon or a candidate to switch positions.
